Terms of service

Jitdot(jitdot.com) · 주식회사 달콤자재창고

Effective date 30 September 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the rights, obligations, responsibilities and other necessary matters between 주식회사 달콤자재창고 (the “Company”) and users of the Jitdot (JIT.) platform operated by the Company (the “Service”).

Article 2 (Definitions)
1. “Service” means all online services provided by the Company, including AI material search (짓피티), the material Library, Palette and project management, quotes and orders, delivery (짓배송 and parcel delivery), showroom visit bookings, and Insights content.
2. “Member” means a person who agrees to these Terms and enters into an agreement with the Company to use the Service. “Guest” means a person who uses trial features without registering as a member.
3. “Materials” means interior building materials offered through the Service, including tiles, flooring, LVT, bathroom fixtures, wall materials and supplies.
4. “Points and coupons” means benefits provided to members within the Service under the Company’s policies.
5. “짓캐시” means a balance within the Service consisting of monetary sales incentives paid by the Company based on a member’s purchases. It may be withdrawn under Article 11-2.
6. “Enterprise account” means an account structure that groups and manages two or more members belonging to the same business under the Company’s procedures. “Company wallet” means the 짓캐시 balance belonging to an Enterprise account.

Article 3 (Publication and Amendment of These Terms)
1. The Company publishes these Terms, its business name, representative’s name, business address, business registration number and contact details in the Service so users can readily find them.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.
3. Amendments will be announced with their effective date and reasons at least 7 days before taking effect, or at least 30 days beforehand if the changes are disadvantageous to users.

Article 4 (Provision and Changes to the Service)
1. The Company provides the following services.
  (1) 짓피티: AI material search and recommendations, and image compositing simulations using site photos.
  (2) Library: access to the material database.
  (3) Palette and projects: selecting materials and managing them by project.
  (4) Quotes and orders: quote generation, AI price proposals and ordering.
  (5) Delivery: 짓배송 (dedicated logistics), parcel delivery and live tracking.
  (6) Showroom: visit bookings for self-service entry or visits guided by an account manager.
  (7) Insights: trends, project case studies and article submissions.
  (8) Design resources: material texture images, materials for design tools such as SketchUp, hatch patterns and finish legends for tools such as CAD, specification sheets and other resources for design work.
  (9) Catalog API and MCP: access to public material information by external programs and AI agents.
2. The Company may change the Service for operational or technical reasons. Significant changes will be announced in advance.

Article 5 (Membership Registration)
1. A user applies for membership by completing the Company’s registration form and agreeing to these Terms.
2. The Company registers applicants unless either of the following applies.
  (1) The registration contains false information, omissions or errors.
  (2) The Company determines that registering the applicant would otherwise significantly disrupt operation of the Service.
3. Membership tiers are as follows.
  (1) General member: a member who has completed registration. Retail prices apply.
  (2) Professional member: a member who has submitted a business registration certificate or other documents specified by the Company and received verification from the Company. Professional prices apply, and benefits designated for professional members, such as coupons and 짓캐시, may be provided.
  (3) VIP professional member: a professional member approved each month by the Company under criteria published in the Service, or a member of an Enterprise account to whom VIP professional prices apply under Article 11-3(9). VIP professional prices apply.
4. Prices for each tier are the amounts shown in the Service or on the quote.
5. The Company publishes the criteria for approval and retention of VIP professional membership in the Service. If a member no longer meets those criteria, the Company may adjust the member’s tier after giving advance notice.

Article 6 (Account Closure)
1. Members may request account closure at any time under “Edit profile > Account management” in the Service. The Company allows members to complete account closure through the same channel used to register. Members who cannot log in may submit a request at https://jitdot.com/account-deletion or through customer support.
2. Once a closure request is received, the account becomes read-only and a 30-day grace period begins on the request date. During this period, members may log in and cancel the closure themselves. When the grace period ends, the service agreement terminates and the Company destroys personal information in accordance with Article 7. This cannot be reversed afterwards.
3. When requesting closure, members may choose immediate destruction without a grace period. In that case, the destruction process begins within 24 hours and cannot be cancelled.
4. During the grace period in paragraph 2, members may only view their accounts, download materials and request 짓캐시 withdrawals. New orders, quotes, project invitations and coupon use are restricted.
5. Closure requests are accepted immediately even if orders, deliveries, settlements or 짓캐시 withdrawals are in progress. Destruction of personal information begins after those transactions are completed, and the Company keeps the member informed of progress.
6. If the member has a staff account or operates a Jitdot supplier store, the request is accepted immediately and processed after verification by the Company.
7. Remaining assets are handled as follows.
  (1) A 짓캐시 balance does not expire on account closure. The normal minimum withdrawal is KRW 100,000, but during account closure the full remaining balance may be requested regardless of its amount. Personal information is destroyed after the withdrawal is completed.
  (2) Coupons issued by the Company expire on account closure and are not restored if the member registers again. They remain valid if the member cancels closure during the grace period in paragraph 2.
8. If an amount remains unpaid, account closure does not extinguish that debt. The Company retains relevant information only to the minimum extent needed to exercise or preserve its claims.
9. If other participants belong to a project owned by the member, the member must choose during the closure process either to transfer ownership to a specified participant or to delete the project. The member’s order history is not transferred with project ownership.
10. The following information is not automatically deleted after account closure.
  (1) Transaction, payment and tax records that must be retained under applicable laws (Article 7).
  (2) Notes, comments and other records left in another member’s project that affect other users’ use of the Service. Attribution to the author is removed.
  (3) Inquiries and answers posted on external platforms, such as Naver, that the Company cannot delete.
  (4) Processing records held by external providers used for services such as image compositing. The Company requests destruction, but each provider’s policies apply.
11. A former member may register again at any time. Order history, 짓캐시, coupons and projects from the previous account do not carry over to the new account.

Article 6-2 (Loss of Membership)
1. The Company may restrict or suspend membership or terminate the service agreement if a member:
  (1) uses another person’s identity or registers false information;
  (2) deliberately disrupts operation of the Service; or
  (3) fails to pay an amount when due.
2. A person who loses membership under paragraph 1 may not register again without the Company’s prior consent. Article 6(11) does not apply.

Article 7 (Orders and Formation of Contracts)
1. Users submit orders through the quote and ordering process in the Service. A contract is formed when the Company confirms and accepts the order.
2. An AI price proposal is a discount proposal based on the Company’s margin policy. A contract at that amount is formed when the user accepts the proposal and confirms the order.
3. The Company may decline or cancel an order for unavoidable reasons, such as depleted stock or a pricing error. In that case, it will notify the user without delay and refund any payment already received.

Article 8 (Payment)
1. Payment methods and tax invoice issuance follow the instructions provided when ordering.
2. Displayed prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

Article 9 (Delivery)
1. 짓배송 is provided under the Company’s regional and timing criteria, such as same-day delivery for orders placed before 1 pm that day. These criteria are provided in the Service.
2. Parcel deliveries can be tracked using the carrier’s tracking number. Live location tracking is not provided.
3. If delivery is delayed by natural disasters, logistics conditions or other circumstances beyond the Company’s control, the Company will explain the reason without delay.

Article 10 (Returns, Exchanges and Refunds)
1. Materials sold by the Company are interior materials that are susceptible to scratches and are often cut or processed individually for the user’s order. The Company explains this and the return and exchange conditions below on the order screen in advance. Users agree to them by confirming an order.
2. Returns and exchanges for a change of mind, rather than a material defect, are not accepted. The following materials also cannot be returned or exchanged.
  (1) Opened materials.
  (2) Custom-made materials, including materials individually manufactured or cut for the user’s order.
  (3) Materials whose value has substantially decreased through use.
  (4) Materials lost or damaged for reasons attributable to the user.
3. Materials cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances after installation.
4. Because of the nature of materials, colours and textures displayed on a monitor may differ from the physical material. Such differences are treated in the same way as a change of mind. Users who need to inspect the physical material may visit the showroom or order samples.
5. Notwithstanding paragraph 2, exceptions to returns and exchanges are available only through consultation with the Company. Users should contact their account manager or customer support under Article 15(1). After checking, the Company will explain whether an exception is possible and the applicable conditions.
6. Notwithstanding paragraph 2, if materials are defective or incorrectly delivered, users are asked to contact the Company within 7 days of receipt. After checking, the Company will advise whether an exchange or refund will be made. The Company covers return delivery costs in these cases.

Article 11 (Points and Coupons)
1. Points and coupons are granted and used under the Company’s policies, including expiry dates and conditions of use, and cannot be converted to cash. 짓캐시 may, however, be withdrawn under Article 11-2.
2. Points and coupons obtained improperly may be recovered by the Company.

Article 11-2 (짓캐시)
1. 짓캐시 is a monetary sales incentive paid by the Company based on a member’s purchases. It is not a balance that members can top up by making payments, and the Company does not issue 짓캐시 for a fee.
2. 짓캐시 is credited when settlement of a member’s order is completed. Reward rates follow criteria established in advance by the Company and disclosed in the Service or in an individual agreement.
3. If the Company changes a reward rate, it will announce the change and its effective date in advance. The changed rate applies to orders whose settlement is completed on or after that date.
4. If an order is cancelled or returned, or its settled amount is corrected, the Company deducts the 짓캐시 credited for that order at the rate applied when it was credited.
5. Members may request withdrawals of KRW 100,000 or more to a bank account in their own name. The Company makes payment after checking the request and account details. Withdrawals during account closure follow Article 6(7)(1).
6. 짓캐시 balances do not expire with the passage of time or on account closure.
7. The Company may recover 짓캐시 credited improperly or in error. If it has already been withdrawn, the Company may request repayment of the equivalent amount.
8. The Company may place accrual or withdrawal of the relevant 짓캐시 on hold in the following cases. It will inform the member of the reason, and the hold will not exceed 30 days from the date the reason arose.
  (1) Suspected improper accrual requires verification.
  (2) Cancellation, return or settlement correction of the relevant order is in progress.
  (3) The account holder or bank account details have not been verified.
9. Tax treatment of 짓캐시 payments follows the member’s classification and applicable laws. The Company deducts any amount required by law before making payment. Specific criteria are provided on the withdrawal request screen.

Article 11-3 (Enterprise Accounts)
1. The Company may group two or more members belonging to the same business into an Enterprise account. Opening an Enterprise account and adding or removing members follow the Company’s procedures.
2. For orders placed by members of an Enterprise account where the tax invoice is in that company’s name, 짓캐시 is credited to the company wallet rather than the member’s personal balance.
3. While paragraph 2 applies, the member’s personal 짓캐시 accrual is suspended. Existing personal 짓캐시 remains unchanged and may be withdrawn under Article 11-2.
4. 짓캐시 in the company wallet belongs to the company and is not distributed to individual members.
5. Notwithstanding Article 11-2(5), company wallet withdrawals are paid to an account in the company’s name under the sales incentive payment agreement between that company and the Company and the Company’s approval procedures. Those procedures require an application by a company administrator and approval by a different authorised approver.
6. 짓캐시 paid from a company wallet is a sales incentive and is not a transaction subject to VAT. The Company therefore does not issue a tax invoice for that payment.
7. If a member is removed from an Enterprise account, 짓캐시 for orders formed afterwards is credited to that member under Article 11-2. 짓캐시 credited to the company wallet before removal remains with the company.
8. If an agreement between a company and the Company differs from these Terms, that agreement takes precedence. It may not, however, restrict an individual member’s rights under these Terms. The pricing provision in the exception in paragraph 9 is established by these Terms; the agreement specifies the order threshold and period for that exception.
9. Members of an Enterprise account operating under the Company’s procedures receive the VIP professional prices in Article 5(3)(3) while they belong to the account. However, if the agreement between the company and the Company specifies an order threshold and the company does not meet it within the agreed period, the Company may apply the professional prices in Article 5(3)(2) to its members during the next period specified in the agreement. Before doing so, the Company must notify the company and also inform its members in advance through the Service, email or another channel. Prices of orders already formed are not changed. A member who received the Company’s monthly approval before joining the Enterprise account continues to receive VIP professional prices until the end of the month in which they joined. These prices apply together with the company wallet accrual in paragraph 2. Because the prices are based on Enterprise account membership rather than personal purchases, members are not subject to the Company’s monthly approval and retention review under Article 5(3)(3) and Article 5(5) while they belong to the account. When a member is removed, the prices for their original tier, including monthly approval received before joining, apply. They are then subject to the approval and retention review under Article 5(3)(3) and Article 5(5).
10. When a member of an Enterprise account uses 짓피티, the Company may recommend materials by referring to the types of materials ordered in that company’s name, identified by Jitdot code and display description. This may include materials ordered by other members, but the information is not grouped by member and does not include the person who ordered, site, delivery address, quantity or amount. When a member asks 짓피티 about orders or rewards, the Company refers to that member’s orders and quotes in the company’s name and the 짓캐시 credited to the company wallet from those orders.
11. Notwithstanding paragraph 10, when the Enterprise account owner asks a question, the Company may refer to orders and quotes placed in that company’s name by members of the account, the company wallet and transaction statements. The owner means the member designated by the company as its Enterprise account representative and reported to the Company. Answers may include another member’s name as the person who ordered, the site name, delivery address and amount. Provision of that information follows the Privacy Policy.

Article 12 (Obligations of the Company and Members)
1. The Company endeavours to provide the Service continuously and reliably in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
2. Members must not misuse another person’s information, disrupt operation of the Service or infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party.

Article 13 (Copyright and Use of Design Resources)
1. Copyright in content within the Service, including material information, images, design resources and Insights articles, belongs to the Company or the lawful rights holder.
2. Copyright in articles submitted by members belongs to the contributor. If an article is accepted, the Company has the right to use it for publication in the Service and for promotion. Detailed conditions are provided at submission.
3. Design resources provided by the Company, including textures, design-tool materials, hatch patterns, finish legends and specification sheets, may be freely used for members’ professional design and construction work, including drawings, models, proposals and related discussions. Selling the resources themselves or redistributing them as a separate collection or database is prohibited. This permission has no time limit. Resources may continue to be used in drawings, models and proposals already created even after the material is no longer sold or the member closes their account.
4. Material identifiers included in design resources, such as Jitdot codes, are provided to identify materials and link them to ordering. The Company may update resources without prior notice to maintain their accuracy.

Article 13-2 (Use of Catalog Data)
1. The Company publishes separate terms for the Catalog API and MCP server at jitdot.com/developers/. If those terms differ from these Terms, the separate terms take precedence.
2. Without the Company’s written permission, including by email, users must not use automated means to collect material information and photos from the Service in bulk, or use the collected information to create or sell a separate catalog, database or price comparison service.
3. The Company may block access that violates paragraph 2 or bypasses request limits.

Article 14 (Limitation of Liability)
1. The Company is not liable if it cannot provide the Service due to a natural disaster or comparable force majeure.
2. AI search results, recommendations and site image composites are provided for reference. Users are responsible for their final material selection and assessment of suitability for installation. This does not apply to loss caused by the Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 15 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
1. The Company operates customer support at 070-8865-5568 and support@jitdot.com to consider users’ legitimate comments and complaints and handle compensation claims.
2. Disputes between the Company and users are submitted to the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
