Can I apply with limited experience?
Yes. We use each role’s requirements as the criteria and focus on the results you have achieved rather than years of experience. If you are starting your career, join our talent pool and we will notify you first when intern or junior roles open.
Can I apply for several roles at once?
Yes. We review your applications together and invite you to proceed for the one role that fits best.
What are the working arrangements?
Our workplace is on the third floor of the showroom on Nonhyeon-ro in Gangnam. Operations and logistics roles work on site. Other teams work on a hybrid basis with team-specific core hours. Check each posting’s working arrangement for the exact conditions.
Will I hear the result of every stage?
Yes. We email every stage’s result, within 3 business days for application reviews and 5 business days for in-person interviews. The same timelines apply if you are unsuccessful.
What happens to my submitted documents?
Documents submitted online are deleted 180 days after the hiring process ends. To request earlier deletion, email hr@jitdot.com.
May I use AI tools to prepare my résumé?
Yes. AI interviews and in-person interviews are conducted without tools.
Can I reapply after an unsuccessful application?
You can reapply for the same role 6 months after being notified of the result. There is no waiting period for other roles.
